Welcome to the Full Cowboy Journal: Insights from the Inside of the Merchandise Industry
Full Cowboy was built off the experience that both Josh and I (Geremy) gained while working at AS Colour. As the AU Sales Rep and Music Merchandise Account Manager, we had the unique opportunity to see different sides of the industry and learn the nuances that make the merchandise world tick.
TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn posts are great, but there’s a deeper ‘why’ behind the strategies that really work in merchandise. We wanted to create a space where we could break down these ideas in detail and provide a resource for anyone interested in the industry—whether you’re a creative, a business owner, or just curious.

Our goal is to publish one in-depth post each week that dives deep into a topic relevant to the merchandise industry.
